Terms Of Use

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and v-Lawyer Licensor for the use of v-Lawyer Apps on any device that you own or control.

By purchasing or subscribing to any content or services through the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not make any purchases or subscriptions through the App.

The App may offer in-app purchases of additional content or features (In-App Purchases). To make an In-App Purchase, you must have a valid payment method on file with the applicable app store. You will be charged for the In-App Purchase at the time of purchase.

All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this EULA. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any In-App Purchase at any time without notice or liability to you.

The App may offer subscriptions to access certain content or services (Subscriptions). Subscriptions are available for different durations and at different prices, as specified in the App.

By subscribing to a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the duration of the Subscription, as specified in the App. The Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

You may cancel a Subscription at any time before the renewal date by following the instructions in the App or contacting the applicable app store. If you cancel a Subscription, you will continue to have access to the content or services until the end of the current billing cycle, but will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

All Subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this EULA. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Subscription at any time without notice or liability to you.

All content and services offered through the App, including In-App Purchases and Subscriptions, are owned and copyrighted by us or our licensors. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate this EULA at any time without notice or liability to you. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA.

Upon termination of this EULA, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your device.

When you subscribe to our premium plans, you are agreeing to pay the fees that are associated with the plan you have selected. The fees are clearly displayed in our application, and they may vary depending on the plan you have chosen.

Once you have confirmed your subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment that are supported by iTunes or Google Play.

We understand that your subscription needs may change over time, and that's why we offer the option to manage your subscription in your Account settings. You can turn off auto-renewal or modify your subscription at any time, giving you greater control over your payments and ensuring that you are only paying for the services you want.

Please note that if you decide to turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will no longer have access to our premium features. To continue using our premium plans, you will need to re-subscribe and pay the appropriate fees.

We take payment and subscription management seriously, and we strive to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for our users. If you have any questions or concerns about our subscription and payment policies, please do not hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

THE APP, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE APP, IS PROVIDED "AS IS"; WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
